Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & PayPal.

Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed the order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact hello@trendyelephants.com, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Prices
Prices are set out on the website and exclude GST at the current rate, GST and relevant delivery charges if applicable, will be added at the Checkout Cart stage. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

PRIVACY POLICY

We guarantee to never disclose, sell, rent or exchange your personal details to any third party for any reason.

We are very controlled as well for Spam and we would never do anything to increase the spam to affect you.

We only collect your details that are necessary to ensure that we can effectively complete your transaction and deliver you the best service possible at all times.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping
Free Shipping (Australia-wide) Orders over AUD$100, this will be between 2-5 business working days standard delivery on orders placed by 11:00am.

Orders under AUD$100 will be sent between 2-5 business working days standard delivery and a cost of AUD$12.95 will be in place.

International Shipping – please write to “Contact Us” page regarding your required order for relevant country delivery costs and duration to send products.

Returns
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace. There is a limit of 28 days from the date of you receive it including any original packaging and the item is still in a saleable condition and we will then process the refund or replace the item along with any standard delivery charges.

Safe Delivery & Authority to Leave
Most orders are sent by Registered Australia Post e-parcel service, ensuring that your order can be traced.

All orders require your signature on delivery unless you tick ‘Authority to Leave’ and leave special delivery instructions in the Comments Box during Checkout for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home.

Loss & Damage
It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on hello@trendyelephants.com

Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
